Many users from the social media sent this photo immediately to the Secret Service, which the federal agency obviously confirmed it.

Immediately after the agency tweeted “ON IT!! Secret Service has a robust protective intelligence division that monitors open source reporting & social media to evaluate threats”.

In addition they tweeted “Threats made against Secret Service protectees receive the highest priority of all of our investigations. #ProtectionNeverRests.”

The Secret Service also stated that they don’t have the luxury of knowing a person’s intent. Each threat needs to be analyzed and investigated thoroughly which takes a lot of Secret Service manpower and resources that could be put in other use.
